30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the confirmed delivery date.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging, with all included parts and accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Used drinkware, used straws, and opened replacement seals or gaskets are not eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons. This restriction does not limit remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

How to start a return

Email support@klankenteenr.shop with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We normally respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and the applicable return address. Do not send a return to the contact address below unless our support team confirms that address in writing.

Return shipping and fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For an approved defective, damaged, or incorrect order, we will cover reasonable return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.

Refund timing

After receiving and inspecting a return, we normally approve or decline the refund within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear. Original outbound shipping charges are refunded only when the item was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. An order that can no longer be cancelled may still qualify for return after delivery under this policy.
