Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently accept and ship orders only to delivery addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. When an order ships, we will send a confirmation email with available tracking information.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery normally takes 8-18 business days after dispatch. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 9-21 business days from the order date. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods, address errors, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 USD or more. For orders below $50 USD, the shipping charge is shown before payment during checkout. The shipping amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged for shipping.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery issue, contact us with your order number. If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and item when possible. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
